By providing a simple way to consolidate calendars across projects and participants, the Roll-up/Roll-down feature helps you avoid scheduling conflicts and missed deadlines. Each Workspace displays a calendar on its Summary Page.
As the example on the left shows, each colored square represents an event. Note how:
Events created on Level 4 and Level 3 Workspace calendars roll up to appear on the calendars directly above on Level 2.
All events roll up to the Level 1 calendar to give your company a complete overview.
