Notifications
Staying informed is critical to staying on track during every phase of a project. 550 provides notifications to keep everyone up-to-date as project details change. When a record is created or modified the user has the option of creating an instant notification to anyone working on the project.
Below is how a notification is sent when creating or editing a record. As you can see all of the users of the workspace are already listed as a choice for possible recipients. In addition you can add the emails of people who are not a member of this workspace that you’d like to notify.
