Allows you to create and post announcements on each Workspace Page for upcoming project events, deadlines, important notices and other announcements to share with other information partners.
Sets Management For Plans and Specifications - New
The Sets Management Lists is probably one of the most useful lists within Tangentworks 550. Sets Management is similar to Shared Documents in that authorized users can upload and download specs, drawings and documents of any file type for sharing on their Workspaces.
The key difference with the Sets Management list type is that it tracks documents being released as “sets”. Sets can be named anything you wish, but these are typically names like “Pricing Set”, “Addendum 1”, “For Construction”, “Revision #2”, etc.
Enables you to track shop drawings and approval documents all the way though the approval process. Digital submittals and their attachments can be viewed instantly by all information participants, eliminating the expense of couriers and document reproduction.
Enables you to track RFIs throughout the bidding process from general contractor to the architect’s review and back to the GC. All bidding GC’s have equal (and instant) access to communications and clarifications concerning a information, including drawings, documents and other files that can be attached.
Organizes project events on your Skyview Page and information Workspace calendars. All project partners can integrate their events on one information calendar. Calendar events can be exported to MS Outlook.
Allows you to upload pictures that can be shared and viewed as thumbnails, along with captions and notes. Your whole team can share images of construction progress photo sessions, proposed materials, punch lists, etc.
Allows you to create your own lists for anything from product suppliers to your CD collection. You can save them to a template, add them to any of your Workspaces and apply filtering or sorting as desired.
